Not-for-Profit Organization Management Liability Coverage

(i-bind) provides approved agents and brokers access to a comprehensive management liability product for not-for-profit entities. The not-for-profit management liability coverage available through (i-bind) offers three separate, easy-to-understand coverage parts in one convenient package: directors and officers (D&O) liability insurance, employment practices liability insurance (EPL), and fiduciary liability insurance. Clients can choose coverage parts and options that balance their risk appetite, coverage needs, and budgetary constraints.

For certain not-for-profit organizations looking to simplify their management liability purchase, (i-bind) offers a combined D&O/EPLI form. This combined form offers similar broad coverage as the stand-alone D&O and EPLI forms, yet is written with common terms and conditions. The combined form is offered to not-for-profit organizations purchasing a shared limit between D&O liability and EPLI coverage.

Coverage Eligibility

(i-bind) offers broad eligibility criteria, encompassing the majority of not-for-profit classes. Eligible not-for-profit organizations must have 1,500 or fewer employees and $100 million or less in annual revenues.
