Private Company Management Liability Coverage

(i-bind) provides approved agents and brokers access to a private company management liability product that is an industry benchmark. The private commercial management liability coverage available through (i-bind) offers three separate, easy-to-understand coverage parts in one convenient package: directors and officers (D&O) liability insurance, employment practices liability insurance (EPL), and fiduciary liability insurance. Clients can choose coverage parts and options that balance their risk appetite, coverage needs, and budgetary constraints.

Coverage Eligibility

Private companies in nearly all NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) categories are eligible for processing through (i-bind). Eligible private companies must have 1,500 employees or less and assets or annual revenues of $100 million or less.
