- Privacy wrongful acts coverage, including notice and credit monitoring costs
- Outside directors and officers (ODL) coverage for service on not-for-profit organizations
- No pollution, mold or asbestos exclusions

Submission Requirements
Darwin can quote from most competitors’ applications. However, for primary coverage a completed, signed Darwin application is required prior to issuing a policy.
