We can offer both Standard / Admitted lawyers professional liability as well as a Non-Standard / Surplus Lines option, depending on client risk characteristics (e.g., areas of practice, claims history, and firm size).

We've leveraged our years of experience and analyzed our book of business to develop a tiered underwriting approach. This approach allows us to classify and underwrite the business. Overall, we are able to entertain firms with:

- 1 - 25 attorneys
- all levels of experience
- annual revenues of $50,000 or above
- all areas of practice (except patent prosecution) including hard to place,
  distressed business
