E&O Liability Insurance for
Miscellaneous Professional Classes

Overview

Many professionals have difficulty finding a stable insurance company partner because they don’t fit the box of standard, admitted markets. Darwin is a stable and committed insurance partner, and our ability to craft coverage for hard-to-place and non-standard accounts positions us as much more than an “alternative” market.

Darwin’s commitment to its policyholders extends throughout the entire insurance lifecycle. In many cases, it starts with helping a client identify areas of exposure through on-site risk assessments. We then help them evolve to mitigate areas of risk through coverage terms and loss control procedures.

With the underwriting expertise and appetite for underwriting a broad range of non-medical errors and omissions (E&O) liability insurance risks, Darwin is emerging as the clear market leader for specialty insurance coverage. Whatever market classification may exist, Darwin looks beyond the label to understand and underwrite an account on its own merits.

Preferred Segments

Coverage can be written for start-up operations, firms with $100 million or more in revenue, and almost everything in between.
